Carnival Rides Start Thursday with Bargain Night at local food vendors
Carnival rides throughout the downtown area will again be up and running starting Thursday night at the three-day Farmers Day celebration in Jesup this year.

Farmers Day will begin on Thursday, June 20, as scheduled, with the Children’s Parade, the first Lumber Jack Show, the Prince and Princess contest and more.

As an added attraction on Thursday night, all local food vendors in the park will be offering a “Bargain Night” Thursday, offering either something free, or something at a discount, to attract people to the park on Thursday evening.

In addition, while the Carnival rides are going, there will be more “wrist-band” times than ever before! Purchasing a wrist-band for just $15 per child, will allow that child to ride unlimited rides during one of the wrist-band special time periods. These times will include: Thursday, June 20, 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.; Friday, June 21, from 1-5 p.m.; Friday, June 21, from 6-10:30 p.m. and Saturday, June 22, from 11 a.m. -5 p.m. plus an additional Saturday evening time from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

A separate wrist-band purchase is required for each of the special time periods.
