5K Run/Walk Results
A 5K is usually challenging for a regular person, but in this years Farmer’s Day 5K there were some standout times from true athletes. This year’s 5K had 70+ athletes compete for the top 3 places. There were 2 main divisions, male and female, with 13 smaller divisions based on age.

Starting with the female division, the overall runner was Lauren Woeste with a time of 21:54, and the overall walker was Meagan Devlin with a time of 35:26. For the 0-12 category, Olivia Nesbit came in first with a time of 24:33, Mackenzie Wilson came in second with a time of 24:42, and Kota Whitman came in third with a time of 25:01. In the 13-15 category, Marlee Devore came in first with a time of 22:13, Zoe Miller came in second with a time of 24:49, and Lillee Devlin came in third with a time of 31:23.

In the 16-19 category , Lauren Woeste took first with a time of 21:54, Sydney Schnor came in second with a time of 25:02, and Bailey Federspiel came in third with a time of 28:51. In the 20-24 category, Aubree Taylor came in first with a time of 22:31, Suzanne Flexsenhar came in second with a time of 24:34, and Haley Weber came in third with a time of 28:40. In the 25-29 age group, Jennifer Haines came in first with a time of 27:02, Aubrey Clayton came in second with a time of 27:48, and Gina Rottinghaus came in third with a time of 33:12. In the 30-34 category, Emily Miller took first with a time of 24:37. Dawn Kress took second with a time of 25:00, and Bernice Ticknor took third with a time of 27:45.

In the 35-39 age category, Jennifer Jacobben placed first with a time of 23:24, Kelli Kirch placed second with a time of 24:45, and Stephanie Bowden placed third with a time of 26:52. In the 40-44 age category, Rachel Dahl won first place with a time of 22:32, Liz Winter won second with a time of 23:13, and Stephanie Dolea won third place with a time of 24:44. In the 45-49 age category, Karlene Hummel came in first with a time of 30:47, Jennifer Parmely came in second with a time of 31:53, and Melissa Nesbit came in third with a time of 32:52. In the 50-54 age category, Becky Wellman came in first with a time of 32:46 and Lori Delegardelle came in second with a time of 33:33. In the 55-59 category, Darla Schulz came in first with a time of 27:09, Cindy Weyland came in second with a time of 28:33, and Leslie Johnson came in third with a time of 29:19. In the 65+ age group for the women, Marion Fitzer came in first with a time of 31:35, and Dorothy Novak came in 2nd with a time fo 46:08.

In the male division, Jordan Yessik was the first overall runner with a time of 16:51, and the first overall walker was Andrew Devlin. In the 0-12 age group, Nyles Senne came in first with a time of 37:29, Julian Herkelman came in second place with a time of 37:46, and Samuel Waddle came in third with a time of 40:16. In the 13-15 age group, Kile Rottinghaus came in first with a time of 21:51, Kyle Wilson came in second with a time of 22:40, and Cameron Troyer came in third with a time of 26:18. In the 16-19 age group, Jordan Yessik came in first with a time of 16:51, Zach Nie came in second with a time of 17:27, and Heath Wyant came in third with a time of 20:07. In the 20-24 age group, Nick Green came in first with a time of 20:06, Alex McCombs came in second with a time of 21:08, and Seth Hickman came in third with a time of 25:07. In the 25-29 age grpi[, Devin Gurnett came in first with a time of 17:41, Louis Bergman came in second with a time of 21:43, and Ryan Kauffman came in third with a time of 24:55. In the 30-34 age group, Jeff Clayton came in first with a time of 22:43, Nickolas Casillas came in second with a time of 25.23, and Casey Schmit came in third with a time of 25:29. In the 35-39 age group, Jason Kirch came in first with a time of 18:27, Scott Rottinghaus came in second with a time of 22:32, and Nathan Marting came in third with a time of 27:17. In the 40-44 age group, Wes Hilleshiem came in first with a time of 18:07, Gabriel Benson came in second with a time of 24:53, and Dustin Behn came in third with a time 26:19. In the 45-49 age group, Jason DeVore came in first with a time of 23:26, Dave Wyant came in second 25:17, and Derric Duesenbery came in third with a time of 28:54. In the 50-54 age group, Jeff Smeap came in first with a time of 29:51. In the 55-59 age group, Dave Flexsenhar came in first with a time of 25:08, Jeff Smith came in second with a time of 25:10, and Kim Wander came in third with a time of 26:45. In the 60-64 age group, Jerry Christopherson came in first with a time of 21:23, Dave Haley came in second with a time of 21:27, and Mark Zimmer came in third with a time of 23:42. In the 65+ age group for the men, Darwin Peterson came in first with a time of 27:05.
